But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for MY power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me (2 Corinthians 12:9 NIV).

We can be confident that God’s presence is there to guide us through the storms of life. As He promised, “I will never leave you nor forsake you†(Hebrews 13:5).When we lean on Him instead of our own understanding, His power enables us to do great things. So, don’t give up! Don’t hand in the towel! Just stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. Some people trust the power of chariots or horses, but we trust you, LORD God (Psalms 20:7 NIV).

AFFIRMATION/PRAYER: My confidence is in God. He is my hope and strength and His grace is more than enough! Amen.
